SENIOR REP INFO AND POLICIES * PLEASE READ
Senior Reps are senior students from local high schools that are chosen to promote V7 Photos’ Senior Portrait Services. Selected reps promote V7 by spreading the word to fellow classmates. This is done by word of mouth, showing your portraits, distributing personalized cards, and any other creative ways you can think of. At least one rep can be chosen per school in the area (Sweeny, Columbia, Bay City, Van Vleck, Angleton, Bport, Bwood, Danbury, etc.). V7 is looking for seniors with outgoing personalities who aren't afraid to make contact with their classmates and who are happy with their appearance.
As a senior rep you are expected to do the following:
*Complete your mini-session between Sept. 20 & Oct. 25, 2011 & any “call in” sessions in a timely manner.
*Complete your senior session before April 1, 2012 at a special price of $20.12.
*Sign a model release*** for all sessions & images taken during the year & have parent(s) permission (via signed release).
*Tag V7 on your session photos on Facebook (and any social networking sites)
*Be outgoing, positive, have fun, and want to earn some money!
*Write a short “review” about your session with V7 that will be posted on our website, social networking sites, advertising, etc.
*Agree to tell your friends & classmates ONLY about V7 Photos and share your rep cards with them.
*Periodically post your “Profile” card &/or other photos from your session as your Profile Photo on social networking sites.
*Have a FUN experience!
V7 senior reps will receive the following benefits:
*1 FREE mini- session (V7’s choice of location, but we are open to suggestions)
*1 full Senior Session at a hugely discounted price (dates above).
*Chance for “call in” sessions if we need models for new props, locations or ideas.
*10% off any additional sessions** (family, senior, etc.) booked through June 15, 2012.
* Unlimited Supply of Rep Cards displaying your images to hand out to friends.
* 5-10 web size watermarked images to share on your social networking sights…such as Facebook, Twitter & MySpace.
*5-10 web size “profile” cards to be posted periodically on your Facebook/MySpace profile throughout the
2011-2012 school year.
*FREE slideshow that can be posted to your social networking sites or shown on your TV/Computer.
*$10 in V7 bucks & a $2 bill for each returned Rep Card with a paid session. (each friend that you refer will
get 8 free wallets with their order)
*$100 in V7 bucks for every 10 paid sessions completed that were referred by you. Yes, that means if you have
10 people that you referred complete sessions, you will get $200 in credit!!!
*Chance to win a free metal print from your Senior Sessions

**Weddings & events are not included in the discounted sessions. No additional discounts can be taken on the reduced $20.12 session fee.
***You will not receive any additional free prints or gifts for the model release.
~Applications are due no later than Sept. 15, 2011. Winners will be announced by September 20, 2011.
~To be eligible you must be a resident of the area and attending one of the local area high schools as a member of the Class of 2012.
Area High Schools include: Sweeny, West Columbia, Brazoswood, Brazosport, West Columbia Charter, Van Vleck, Bay City, Angleton, Danbury, etc. as well as area Private & Christian Schools. Number of winners will be determined by the number of applications received. There will be at least 1 rep picked from each school. There are no exchanges and due to the nature of the product no refunds. Senior Rep Status may not be exchanged for cash or payment or transferred to any other person.

Welcome!
Upon the request of some of our clients, we have decided to start a branch of V7 Photos to allow you, our valued clients a place to get information just for Seniors. You will still be able to find the information on our regular pages but this way all the Senior information is in one place. Please give us a call or email if you have any questions or comments.
